Our visitors are primarily shoppers looking for home decor, bath products, kitchen accessories or unique gifts for many occasions such as a birthday, wedding or anniversary. You have the option to request the page(s) on our site to place your ad - ensuring that your ad gets the best targeted visibility. For example, you can place your ad on our home decor department page if your website theme relates to home decor or home accents. Ad Locations:
Ad positions are sold on a first come; first served basis. Button ads are placed in the right margin of our site. Ads can be placed above or below the Google ad. Banner ads are placed on the bottom 1/3 of a page and box ads can be floated within the text of our resource pages. Each page will have a maximum of 2 button ads above the Goggle ad and 2 below the Google ad. Each button ad will have up to 3 rotating customers. Each page will have a maximum of one banner ad within the bottom 1/3 of the page with up to 5 rotating customers. Each resource page can have a maximum of 2 box ads. Box ads will not be rotated. Each ad is for one company only and cannot be redirected to another website or company.
Ad Costs:
There are no setup fees if you supply the button, box or banner advertisement. If you would like us to create the advertisement, please contact us via email and provide a link to your site. We will respond with an estimate to create the ad for you.
Our current fees are (paid in advance).
Premium Sponsor:
- $1500 for a button ad on our home page and all other Paisley Creek pages above the Google ad from now through the holiday season until January 31, 2009.
Sponsor:
- $100 per month for a button ad on our home page below the Google ad or for a banner ad at the bottom of the page.
- $75 per month per department page for a button ad above the Google ad.
- $50 per month per department page for a button ad below the Google ad or a banner ad at the bottom of the page.
- $50 per month per resource page for a floating box ad in the middle of the text vertically or for a button ad above the Google ad.
- $50 per month per product page for a button ad above the Google ad or our other items box.
- $40 per month for a text link near the bottom of the home page.

There is a 3 month minimum on all options listed above. Fees are non-refundable. Advertisements Dimensions:
Button ads can be no larger than 120 x 60 pixels and no more than 6kb in size.
Animated button ads must be no more than 15kb in file size.
Box ads must be 125 x 125 pixels and no more than 8kb in size. Banner ads must be 468 x 60 pixels and no more than 8bk in size.

Terms and Conditions
1. Details of this program are subject to change without notice from Paisley Creek. This includes rates, number of rotational ads for each ad category and other details. Any changes to the program details will be posted on this page.
2. Online advertisements are accepted upon the representation that the advertiser and its agency have the right to publish and display the contents thereof. In consideration of such online publication and display, advertiser and its agency agree to indemnify and hold Paisley Creek and its affiliates harmless against any expense or loss by reason of any claims arising out of this online publication and display.
3. Positioning of the advertisements is at the discretion of the Paisley Creek publisher except where a request for a specific preferred position is acknowledged by Paisley Creek in writing or by e-mail.
4. Cancellations or changes in orders must be made in writing (either by e-mail or by mail). All fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
6. All content for advertisements is subject to Paisley Creek publisher's approval. Paisley Creek reserves the right to reject or change any advertisement, rotation order or position commitment at any time.
7. Paisley Creek makes no warranty or guarantee about the traffic of our site. Our traffic can increase or decrease in any given month depending on economic factors, seasonal fluctuations, search engine placement and other factors outside of our control. Consequently, Paisley Creek shall not be liable for the performance (impressions, click through or other) of any advertisement under this program.
8. Neither Paisley Creek nor its parent company nor its affiliates shall be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails to electronically publish or display an advertisement. In no event shall Paisley Creek, its parent company, owners or its affiliates be liable for any damages, consequential or otherwise, in excess of the amount paid for the advertisement for any reason.
9 The "back" button may not be disabled on any landing page for any of our advertisers. Disabling the "back" button or otherwise making it impossible for users to return to PaisleyCreek.com when your ad is clicked will result in immediate non-refunded cancellation of the advertisement.
10. Your payment to Paisley Creek for advertisement under this program is considered acceptance and agreement with the terms and conditions noted above.
