I need creative ideas to come up with a gift for my husband that involves either cotton or china. According to anniversary traditional gift list, the 2nd year is cotton or china.
Does anyone have any great ideas? I need to stay within a budget of $50.
Thank you! oh, he is 36, if that has anything to do with it
and yes, i am a bit of a die hard traditionalist when it comes to this, i don't know why, i just love the idea of themes! thanks for all the great answers so far! |

| Well, a trip to China is definately out, and unless he likes to cook (mine does) then I wouldn't get him any china. I'd get him something he'd use like a new pair of blue jeans or a shirt. But just because it's supposed to be cotton or china doesn't mean it has to be. Get him something you know he'd enjoy and don't worry about it! |

| You should get something you know he would appreciate. Unless you both are die hard traditionalists you don't have to give him either a cotton or china gift. I would not give him china unless you both agree you need a new dining set. |
