Mom's 45th birthday...?

I'm not even sure if she's going to be 45 or not. xD She's in her 40's, that much I do know. But my question is... what exactly should I get her? :[ I'm terrible with gifts, whether it be Christmas or birthdays or anniversaries.

I'm only 15 and I don't yet have a job or anything. My parents are divorced, so I don't think I can do anything really family-related because my dad might feel really depressed/hurt and left out. My sister's up at college but I think she's coming down for the birthday a few days after the actual day (June 16th) and my brother's out of college for a little while too and lives with us.

What do I buy her, if I manage to scrap up some money or pitch in with my siblings? If I can't buy her anything, what can I make or do for her?

Me and my mom aren't close at all, but she is really nice and she's one of the best. She loves to shop, but I'm not sure about buying her clothes or jewelry. She loves to go places... well. I don't know much about her, actually. :[

i got my mom a pet betta fish and she thinks its really cool. costs about 30 bucks total but totally worth it. ask a question in the fish section or do some reseach online.
