Online Order Information
	Placing Items in Your Cart
	When you see an item you'd like to purchase, simply click "Add to Cart" next to the item. That puts the item in your shopping cart and takes you to the Shopping Cart page, where you'll be able to view the items you've added to your cart. You can also change the quantity of each item you've selected or delete items if necessary. From your cart, you can either check out or continue to shop. If you leave PaisleyCreek.com with items left in your shopping cart, we will keep them there for a short period of time for your convenience. If you want to remove any item from your basket at any time, follow the steps listed in the previous paragraph. Don't worry, just because an item is in your shopping cart doesn't mean that you have to purchase it. You purchase items only by going through the checkout process. If you have been given a discount code, you have the option to enter it on the shopping cart summary page. You are also shown an estimate of the shipping charges based on the contents of your cart.
	Checking Your Cart's Contents
	The first step in the Checkout process is to review your order on the Shopping Cart page as discussed above. When you are satisfied with the contents of your cart, click "Checkout," and you're on your way to completing your purchase.
	Checkout
	Once you enter the Checkout process, we will switch to a secured mode of communication. The transfer of information between you and Paisley Creek will be protected by the highest standard of encryption technology available on the Internet. From this screen you have three options for processing your order: 1. Registered Users: Select this option if you have previously registered with Paisley Creek. Registered users have completed our registration process and can login using their existing email and password to process their order. 2. New User Registration: Select this option to create a new account with us to simplify future ordering. (See How to Register for more information). 3. Casual Users: Select this option to process your order without registering.
	Designate Your Billing and Shipping Information
	Once you select your Checkout method, you arrive at a screen to enter your billing and shipping address and your payment information. Here you can tell us your billing information and where you would like your order shipped. If your shipping information is the same as your billing information, just check the box titled "Shipping Info Same as Billing" and you won't need to complete the shipping information section. International visitors - We're sorry, at this time we do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico or other destinations outside the United States.
	Payment Information
	Our preferred method of payment is via credit card, but we provide many options on this screen for your convenience. We also accept debit cards with a Mastercard or Visa logo on the front. Please note: For all credit card and debit card payments, your cardholder name and billing address MUST match exactly with your credit card issuing bank's records. You can choose to send us a personal check, money order or certified check; however, your order will not ship until these items clear our bank. Also, a fee of $25 will be assessed for all returned checks. If you have a discount code, you can enter it on this screen to take advantage of this special offer. Occasionally we may provide special offers to our registered users or frequent buyers. If you prefer not to enter your credit card information online, you can fax your order or credit card information to us at the telephone numbers listed at the top of the screen. We're sorry, but at this time we do not accept money orders, credit cards, debit cards, or checks issued by foreign (non-U.S.) banks. Also for your safety, please do not send cash.
	Final Confirmation
	After entering your billing, shipping and payment information, press the "Press here to Continue" button and you will arrive at the final checkout screen. Here you are given one more opportunity to review your order information. You also select your shipping method on this final screen. Press the "Process Order" button to place your order. Please press this button only once as processing your order may take up to 30 seconds for credit card verification.
