Out of Stock Items
We monitor our inventory levels closely and try to avoid being
out of stock on the products we carry. However, occasionally
heavy demand or delays from our suppliers may cause an item
to become out of stock. Items shown as "Out of Stock"
are currently unavailable, although they are usually on order
from our suppliers. Please visit the site often to see if
an item has come back in stock. For most Out of Stock items,
you can give us your email address and we will be happy to
email you when an item is available again. Please be sure
to place your order as soon as you receive our email. Many
of our products sell out quickly, and we can't put anything
on hold.
If you would like to order an item that is "Out of
Stock" so we will ship it immediately when we
receive it from our suppliers, please notify us via
email. We will not charge your credit card until we
ship the item to you.
On very rare occasions, after you click "Proceed to
Checkout," an item in your cart may actually
become out of stock. This can happen if inventory
for that item was very low when you began to shop
and a customer (or customers) ahead of you in Checkout
process bought it first. This can also happen if the
item was a best seller and demand for it quickly exceeded
our inventory. If this occurs, we will notify you
via email to determine if you would like to cancel
the order or wait until we receive the item.
