Returns and Exchange Policy

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. If an item you order from Paisley Creek does not meet your expectations, our products are covered by our 30-day return period, unless otherwise noted. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 30-day return period are specified on the products' individual pages. All returns covered under our 30-day return period are subject to the following:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Paisley Creek must accompany all returns. RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 7 days from the date the product was shipped out to you. We cannot accept returns after 30 days. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us via email at
  • All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging and all documentation and accessories. Return items that are missing parts, appear used or have missing documentation will not be accepted. Paisley Creek will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
  • If a package arrives damaged, you must hold onto the package and contact one of our customer service representatives immediately. Our customer service representative will notify the carrier and follow their procedures to claim damage insurance. Normally we ship orders via UPS or FedEx so damage insurance is included in the shipping costs. It is your responsibility to hold onto any damaged items including all original packaging materials long enough to allow the carrier to inspect the package for damage. If the carrier issues a refund, you will be credited for the purchase. However, the carrier must approve and issue any refunds before a replacement or credit can be issued to you. They may or may not require a visual verification of damaged goods as per their policy.
  • All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases. Customer must pay to have the item shipped back to us. If there is any uncertainty as to whether an item is returnable, please contact us prior to ordering via email. The cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable, will be credited to the original credit card.
  • 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds that do not follow this procedure.
  • Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement.
  • After 30 days of the purchase date, all items that need to be returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider.
  • If the item was sent as a gift when purchased (to a different individual and/or shipping address), you will receive a Paisley Creek Gift Certificate for the value of your return (less shipping and handling charges), which can be used at any time toward future purchases at PaisleyCreek.com. The gift certificate will be e-mailed or mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped. (We will not inform the gift giver about your return.). We only issue credit card or Paypal refunds to the original purchaser.

Please open all items immediately upon receipt and inspect them for damage (visual or otherwise). Any damage should be reported to customer service within 48 hours.

After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, write your RMA number legibly on the return label or outside of the packaging box. Return the item in its original packaging via prepaid, insured shipping to:

Unauthorized Returns

Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.

By placing an order at Paisley Creek, you as a customer have agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale as indicated on this web site. By placing an order at Paisley Creek, a customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale and authorized Paisley Creek to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified. Paisley Creek reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

However, we can not guarantee that the product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Paisley Creek shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
