Shipping Policy and Information

  General Shipping Policy
 

In-stock merchandise typically ships within 24-48 hours after placing your order. Weekend orders of in-stock merchandise are processed the next business day.

We've made our shipping and handling prices and policy as fair as possible, so you benefit from our Every Day Low Prices plus the convenience of delivery to your door. For your convenience, we offer a three primary shipping options: Standard, Priority and Express. Our rates, charges and estimated delivery times are covered on the Shipping Costs and Times page.

For items where we've indicated free shipping (such as selected Jewelry items), we will ship these items via our lowest cost courier. You may upgrade to faster service if you desire.

Please be advised that ownership of our products passes on to you, the purchaser, at the time of pick-up by Federal Express or other carrier who will act on your behalf as your agent. If the recipient is not available, packages may be left at the carrier's discretion. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages after delivery, although we will do everything possible and work with the shipping carrier to help retrieve any missing packages should this situation occur.

Because Priority and Express shipping methods involve air transport, some items cannot ship using these methods. These items are identified as oversize on the item description pages on our site.

  Where can I have my order shipped?
  Within the continental U.S. and Alaska and Hawaii.
  What areas can I not ship my order to?
 

We use FedEx and they do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

International visitors - We're sorry, at this time we do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico or other destinations outside the United States.

  Shipping to a different address.
  During the checkout process, you can add or select one or more shipping addresses other than the address you used when you created an account. You can also enter a variety of shipping addresses in your Address Book, so each time you check out you can choose from the shipping addresses that you have stored.

To protect the security of your credit card and help expedite your order, if your order is shipping to an address that is not the same as the billing address on your credit card, you may be asked to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Doing this in advance will speed up the processing of your order. To place an alternate address on file with your credit card, simply call your credit card company and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account.

  What type of confirmations should I expect once I've placed an order?
 

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a second email when your order has shipped. (You will receive more than one shipment confirmation email if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments.) Please save these email invoices for your records.
